Prices and discounts: All paintings for sale on this website are offered at exactly the same price as in the bricks-and-mortar galleries where some of them physically hang. There is therefore no point in haggling over the price; it is fixed, and if it changes it does so only by agreement with the exhibitor, never at the prompting of a prospective buyer. An exceptional discount can be arranged only for quantity, or when buying several paintings from a single cycle, or if the proceeds of the sale are to be donated to humanitarian or other charitable causes.

Framing: All paintings are offered framed or set into a card mount, all of which is included in the price. I choose the frames myself, because I consider them part of the painting — the right combination lets the work come into its own. On request, a painting can of course be supplied unframed at the time of sale, or, for a surcharge, framed to your choice.

Verifying authenticity: If you have bought, or have the chance to buy, one of my paintings from a less trustworthy source, verifying its authenticity is in order. You can either do this roughly by comparing the signature, or you can contact me directly and I will gladly (and free of charge) help you verify it. I keep track of where most of my sold works have gone, and I can also check whether a sold painting is still in the original buyer's hands.
